Seriously if the mana cost on Q was dropped to reasonable levels and she had armour and MR in spiderform again she'd be played top lane now.

Itemization and a new champion pool changes things a lot. She wont be as oppressive as she was back then.

She will be more oppressive thanks to massive nerfs to all champions. "Let's just revert all kassadin nerfs since the meta has changed" "let's re add dfg since it is a tank meta" no.

Lol They only nerfed her base damage, mana cost, and human form Q range in the season of her released. They never nerfed her Q Spell Scaling but rather buffed it to 3% per 100 ap from 2%.

She is suppose to be a tank killer but yet in this meta she isn't thriving? Is that making any sense? A champion made to kill tanks cant thrive in the "tank meta."

But that wasn't enough for whiny children like you. So her utility got nerfed, her stun duration at an early level, her rappel range, her defensive stat in spider form, and her spider lings.

Riot didn't nerf an specific area in her kit they nerfed 90% of it, you cant say the same for every other champion. The only thing that wasn't nerfed was her W.

So tell me how will a SINGLE TARGET melee/range mage will be more oppressive in this meta? more than how she is being oppressed at the moment.

She would be busted which is why she got nerfed in the first place. Elise didnt even start as a jungler. She made playing melee in top lane impossible.

Not to mention the fact that we don't even see the niche ranged top laners that often anyways ( ). I literally can't recall a single moment where I have seen those champions in the top lane in my past 50 games, besides teemo since that's his go to lane. I can't see how you fail to realize that Elise needs massive buffs simply because you are afraid of the 1/100 games that you see an Elise go top.

Renekton really isn't necessary on that list. He's strong, but he has a really predictable playstyle that has plenty of counterplay. And he falls off super hard. Darius is similar but his ability to simply flash full combo ignite you under tower with armor is what makes him cancer, renekton can't to this.

If they want to buff Elise, make her more reliable for ganks after she misses her stun. Her stun isn't that strong, but It's a fairly long ranged stun and can set up a really good gank for the rest of her kit.

Her damage and sustain is fine in my opinion, fairly good clear times. But she HAS to hit her stun or ganking with her is just pushing back the enemy laner. Maybe also let her instead of rappeling onto an enemy only, let her drop down anywhere or on anything.

To be clear, I did say to revert the nerfs and see what happens. If we have to nerf her a bit after that to bring her into line, so be it. But all of these "buffs" that Riot have been trying are clearly a waste of time.
