I'm still amazed by how good Singed is holding up these days.

In an environment where every new release has wall of texts as its abilities and is more overloaded than the other, where damage and mobility are reaching absurd levels, Singed, the first of all champions to be introduced into the game, with abilities that are literal one-liners and with barely any changes since his release half a decade ago compared to all the other older champions that have gotten loads of reworks and individual changes ever since, is one of the top-tier champions and holds up with everything that I just mentioned without any signs of him stopping.

At this point, even though I don't really play him that often, I begin to really love his concept. He shows that you don't have to attach a million things to each ability of a champion to make him/her unique and complex - even though Singed's abilities by themselves are simple, the way they interact with each other and the environment that is Summoner's Rift and all its other champions makes for one of the most intriguing and unique playstyles in the game with one of the most difficult learning curves of all champions.

I hope the champion release and VGU teams just keep this in mind. I'm not going to lie - I didn't like Camille's release all that much. She didn't give the game anything it already had and was super overloaded on her release ( and arguably still is ). After the nerfs she's basically just hyper-mobile auto attacking diver number 368 without anything special about her. What if champions get designed like Singed again? Make abilities a bit more outlandish and unique but keep them simple and create complicated interactions with all the other abilities in the kit as a whole plus the game in general. You might just create a champion that is not only barely overloaded and easy to balance, but also intriguing to play despite all that.

only change I want for singed is for his Q to not turn invisible if you can't see him, really fucks up the ''clarity'' thing riot is going for

Singed does insane amounts of damage and he'll be fine so long as he does.
