He's supposedly skillshot based, you fail to mention though that said skillshots are nearly impossible to dodge. Currently ranking 7th highest win rate.

Lategame, his Q does around 60% of my health as a squishy. Yea, I didn't build any MR but something that long range shouldn't be doing that much damage.

This is kind of the main point of Xerath, get close and u can one hit maybe 3 at most as ADC, Tank, JG or Balogna. The fact that a Xerath can dodge and weave through a press I still find amazing. True 'Skill shot', which is what everyone I've read has been complaining about. Xerath FTW

Xerath is fine-ish. Scripting Xeraths however... Which seems to be the bulk of em tho.

xerath is a healthy champion. that being said I never played xerath in my life. but Playing against him. i think hes completely fine. he isn't out of ordinary opressive. his Q hitbox can be wonky but this is league and it isn';t the worst. he has clear atrengths and weaknesses unlike some people Ahri

he doesn't scale that well for a mage. hes strong early game really but doesn't do well with stacking ap like other mages.

he has the 10th highest winrate. what about the 9 on top of him?

With all the broken champs, you choose to complain about Xerath? Seriously? Ever one of his abilities are a skill shot and they aren't any harder to dodge than other champs.

I think it's mages in general. They complain about being bursted, but are completely okay being able to sit back and safely spam aoe / cc / stuns dealing high damage.

No mage has the range of Xerath, and no mage does as much damage as him on something that isn't an ult.

You have mastery over 2 champions that simply walk over Xerath and a champion that Xerath counters.

L2p issue. Don't bring in scripters as a problem of the champion.

Popularity of a streamer doesn't make for a good argument. I win a lot with Xerath but he is in no way in a strong position or he would be pick/banned in this mage meta.
