Okay, so lots and lots of people have begged and begged Riot for some way for soraka to give mana back to allies since that was incredibly Iconic.
The solution has always been incredibly simple, Have her Heal restore it's health, AND restore the mana cost + scaling mana amount.
There, Simple solution, especially since her W costs both health and mana anyways it won't be that hard to add.

So no,good suggestion,but sadly no.Vesh did an amazing thing and turned her into the iconic healer of LoL.
CrazedPorcupine1 votesThe problem is, as a "healer" She fails spectacularly. Why would I want to play soraka when I could easily play Sona and be a better support for my team providing better poke, better healing, and better mobility and a gamechanging ult.
Or Nami who has an AoE stun, a steroid for her ADC AND a great disengage ult.
