Exhaust is too strong right now
Exhaust is a summoner spell that is supposed to keep fed/out of control enemies in check. If an assassin gets fed and is going to town on your team, exhaust is a great solution, and a fair one, but what's not fair is how effective it is against the losing team. This spell is so common now and, along with it's short cooldown, good range and four different debuffs (mr and armor reduction counted as one) it's too applicable to ganks, duels, chasing.., it's just so versatile
I think this spell is one of the things that allows AD champions to stay as strong as they are in the meta. Reducing resistances and attack speed really messes up adcs, the slow screws over bruisers, and the damage reduction is so strong used on any champion. Nerfing exhaust would benefit AD champions more than AP for sure, this is one problem I have with the idea..
I propose a small nerf, have it reduce armor and mr by 5, or decrease the attack and movement slow to 20%, or making the spell last two seconds. Keeping the damage reduction means the spell can still stop the burst of fed champions, which is it's real purpose. I'm not saying exhaust should only be used defensively, but the way it is now, so many skirmishes are decided by who has the spell up, allowing someone to snowball and keep using it on their weaker enemy.
