First I have to get through 1 - 3 match found decliners, then I have to go through 1 - 2 dodgers, then I have to pray there won't be a remake if someone disconnects and everyone on their team decides to remake.

If all goes well, I won't have to waste 10 minutes on average.

That's more of a queue issue than the actual ranked GAME itself. Anyone reading this title while knowing the fast game pace will immediately go "wtf is he talking about."
