No, he needs more nerfs. He needs to be put in the right place; his AP ratios are out of control and I'm sure no thinking's been made on that before they released him. Once he is nerfed back to stability, people will try and experiment with him, playing him as he was always meant to be played. AP TANK. NOT a Q-for-a-kill p a c h i n k o. (why the f is that word censored?)

you must understand. its the kit itself, not the ratios.

its either he 100-0's you with his burst combo or he doesn't, he has no means to wait for a second rotation. or even guarantee with skill that he will hit you without getting wrecked himself in the process.

#he has no damage ultimate in lane this is whats holding galio down

I think they should make Galio's ultimate more like Pantheon's. He chooses a LOCATION (not a champion) to travel to, and when he arrives anyone in the circle gets knocked up. His allies also get damage reduction if they stand in the circle.

That would be such a stupidly overpowered buff...for no good reason.

did you check his win rate recently, tank top galio is 43 borderline 42%. hes a handicap.

I know, but that’s no excuse to make his ult targetable like Pantheon while keeping everything else it already gives.

or or or.... hear me out.

revert galio because that was more fair and balanced in both tank and ap mid lane paths than this galio ever can be due to the nature of NO GOD DAMN ULTIMATE.

They don’t revert full VGUs.

the AP ratio buff would be reverted in place of this

That’s skill making it a hard CC version of Pantheon’s ult with giving DR to allies.

There is a reason it requires a target.

If you're going to nerf the damage you need to give him something. Even with the buff to his damage (this patch) he's still only at 47% win rate. If people hate the damage so much, then make tank Galio better instead. With this buff, instead of just buffing his numbers it will give him more ways to engage (or disengage) fights.

It's not.

Knock off the 'pa' and the 'o' and you get a word that is, though.

Original Galio was more of a tank. He had high AP ratios like every other tank back then.

He got bonus AP from stacking MR though so he was more of an anti-mage tank, but he barely saw any play since Riot nerfed him in season 1 and he never recovered until they remade him.

Galios REAL problem is his Q. We just need to make his Q1 NOT do damage, and give his Q2 a proper base damage and ratio.

Theres NO REASON why galio should be able to hit two Q1s on top of a Q2.
