Why is Nasus so strong when games arent even going into late game.

Because Nasus has never been a great lategame champion. He's much stronger around 15-20 minutes when he can two shot people and before ADCs have the items to shred him.

They don't have to care either, because by the time their top laners can't handle him anymore they have the items to very easily deal with him.

This, nasus is a midgame champ. And he spikes really hard at 6 plus w/ components item 3057 item 3024 , and then even harder when he gets item 3078 item 3110 and maxes out on cdr.

Tho Imo what put him over the top was adding the 50% Q cdr to his ult, makes him pretty weak when ult is down but a killing machine when its up, too much power budget in the ult I would argue. Plus a lot of nasus players are running klepto (easily proc'd w/ wither +Q) that gets them their item spikes faster. He's one of my go to bans right now since games are relatively short and snowbally, basically if nasus doesn't hard feed before he hits 6 he wins lane hard when he gets his ult.
