Not really, he would be a late game carry like every other adc instead of having double the damage on autos in half the time.
well yasuo's original problem wasn't his crit passive, on his release his passive shield was too strong, his q scaling with level was too good, and his e damage early was too good. He was made too strong again after the release of the new keystone mastery in the offensive tree that healed so much, and static shiv getting a new sheen-ish item added in its build path along with a general crit buff. Now the keystone mastery and static shiv have recieved nerfs which helps, but people still complain about his early game power. I don't agree with him being a late game carry, he's too easily shut down, and has to get in melee range without being focused to deal his damage (which is less than an adc's unless he initiates with ult). I find his weakest point is if the game drags on too long and everyone reaches late game (and i should know i have a few hundred games on him). I still feel the early game spike from 60% crit after shiv then 100% crit after zeal is too strong, and his scaling should be toned down from double to something similar to his old crit values.
