Why are you letting her get that close to you when you have one of the longest-ranged basic abilities in the game (E+Q combo), as well as a self-speedup? Yeah, she's really difficult to get away from as an immobile champion, surprise, but you have the tools to not get in her face. If you're getting run down by Fiora, you've misplayed.

They gave her the ability to outrun people. I don't think you understand this, but the counterplay was to outrun her to let the ult wear off or get to a wall to block a vital. Can't do that anymore.

Running away is all you can do by blowing ult, meaning you eventually get pushed in.

Good point. Even Kassadin, who is arguably one of the most mobile champions in the game will run out of resources since the mana cost on his ult does escalate with consecutive uses.

The one Riot scrapped because "no counterplay to the ult"

Meanwhile it was useless in teamfights while this new Fiora ult is useful in teamfights, 1v1s, 3v3s, etc.

Karthus ult doesn't have counterplay, according to Riot, since old Fiora ult could only be stopped by item 3157

If it was "% HP damage" that would be the end of it, but since it's TRUE damage based on your TOTAL % HP, it means that hit that took 15% of Mundo's HP would also take 15% of Vayne's HP.

Her 15% true damage to Vayne is going to be a pathetic amount of damage. Sure, she kills Vayne in the same number of hits as she kills Mundo (theoretically), but since she's doing so much less to Vayne per hit (because %hp doesn't do much when they have abysmally low HP to begin with), any burst champion could kill Vayne faster.

Q isn't just an auto, it's a vital-seeking stab. E is a slow then a crit in 2 separate autos. Vayne can run, won't change a thing with the move speed Fiora gets.

I'm not actually sure what you're saying here, but lemme re-up;

There are certain champions you HAVE to ban while first (or near first) picking champions. Example, as Fiora, you have to ban Pantheon. As Gangplank, you have to ban Tryndamere. As Jax, you have to ban Teemo. Similarly, as Singed, you have to ban Fiora. Singed does not do any kind of upfront damage, instead his focus is in his poison, and forcing his opponents to chase. Fiora has every tool to counter Singed. Riposte to counter his fling, Q to chase him down, true damage to counter his healthstack. Singed is just not a champion that can face a Fiora. Which means he's not a good example of counterplay to her.

So the ball was still dropped and you got hard counterpicked. Meanwhile you survived 11 seconds. Try to apply that time to any of the other 4 enemy champions instead of Fiora. If she's chasing you that long, she's not making a difference in the fight, or she's going to severely put herself out of position.

It took her 11 second to chase down and kill a Singed with ghost and ult. If that isn't disgusting I don't know what is. Not to mention once I die she just heals it all back and goes back to splitting. It's like Trynd but you can't build against it.

GP has to ban tryndamere? Dafuq? XDDDDDDDDDDD if there is any toplane champ you would HAVE to ban to not get fucked it would be teemo, panth or jayce. Tryndamere is laughably easy to play around as GP.

I'm pretty amused by the amount of downvotes just over saying that Fiora hurts Singed. Are they.. saying Fiora doesn't hurt Singed? That seems pretty hardcore proven in the screenshot ^ up there, where she hurt him with almost 3k true damage.

But as for Tryndamere vs GP? I have a lot of trouble v Tryndamere. Doesn't feel like my oranges fix that hella slow, but it could be I'm not experienced against that matchup. Similarly, not many people seem to be experienced enough vs Fiora, and so instead of seeing what they're doing wrong, they just call her OP and be done with it..

Trynda can't do anything to GP outside of lvl 1 all-ins, towerdives with the help of the jungler and lategame, if he can catch him in teamfight (requires Trynda to run ghost or his teamfight is really poor).

Keep a barrel behind or near you, when Trynda spins, Q the barrel and run. He can't chase. He needs this item 3009 and a very good positioning to 1v1 a GP. It's the same thing as playing vs Riven, Fiora and similar. You can't kill them 1v1 with GP, but you can poke and 1 combo them with a barrel and ult.

Going to sound this out simply

37 mins level 18 (fiora with a garbage build)

Fiora = late game MONSTER she rules with scaling let's keep it short and sweet with 400+ ad on her hp true damage she is looking at 15% true damage per vital (ridiculous yes) however

The fact you guys didn't close early is a problem i run games to below 35 as my style i dislike games longer then that but let alone i play duelists and I will say this..

Garen can beat her early and snowball (loses if she doesn't fall behind)

Darius (rapes her, just will destroy her)

Everyone else = death

Not a damn person who can deal with a fiora it's just a pain in the ass by now.

Except she's also an early game bully because of her passive and Q. Also, as we've established numerous times, "win before X minutes" is not counterplay.
