Caitlyn shouldn't be getting buffs

Really odd of Riot to just randomly buff Cait's Q damage without even glancing at her 1500-damage Headshots with 2-3 items.

Before boards start crying about how I don't know what it's like, I've played as and against Cait plenty of times after the patch. For reference, I'm Mastery Rank 4 on Cait, and I only started playing ADC regularly just before the patch shipped + Cait wasn't even a go-to pick for me pre-5.22. Most if not all of my Caitlyn mastery points have come after the 5.22 patch.

I don't see how Q buffs translate to a buff to her "garbage mid-game" at all. Her midgame is fine. She functions ok with just an IE, and she doesn't really have trouble sieging if you're maxing traps second like you should be. It's not her job to poke the champs under tower. It's her job to poke the tower itself.
