Does ryze even work in lower elos/solo queue

His ultmimate sucks unless your premade. You also have to rely on misspositions to get kills because you cant really hit them with your q otherwise or if you get an e w snare in a gank. I also heard apparenty he scales too slow.if there was anything i could change about ryze, i would change his ult. He will get another. Mame it zone cataclysmic event where he uses the runes and change his lore so he wields the runes in such a way that he controlls them instead of them controlling him like how it did for everyone else. the resrof his kit is fine. Also he only recieves nerfs. It was to the point where i actually got a pentakills on ryze last season and nobody honored me and i made thread about that and someone said ryze was a faceroll and clearly the same person who thinks katarina was a faceroll. We have a name fir thise people. We call them well iron 5. Anyways does ryze work in lower elos/solo queue.
