If someone chooses to ban none, give their ban to a random person on their team

For those who ban "none" without even asking their team if anyone needs a ban.

Why is "none" even an option?

If this could be abusable by trolls by waiting till 0 to ban none, then having someone get the ban with no time left and be forced to "dodge", give us like 5 extra seconds to ban if it is used within ~10 seconds before banning ends.

Most of the time, whoever you ban gives your position away to the other team before you even pick you're champ. This can make your own team's draft pick harder to predict for the enemy team since they won't be too certain on what kind o champion tilts you.
