Singed is getting out of hand

At a 55% winrate top lane, he's currently the best top laner in terms of numbers. He's too strong at the moment, and before I get the "well only the mains play him" excuse, hes at 5th for most played top lane. That's considerably high for a champion with a 55% winrate. He is able to proxy farm waves and whenever in a pickle, just fling whoever is in his way out if it (literally). He can easily attract enough attention to the point even whole 5 man would have trouble tracking him down and keeping him in one spot. Please look into him, he needs multiple changes to his kit overall to make him a fair champion.

Have you ever tried to just kick his ass? Maybe build a item 3194 ? Please tell me you don't chase Singed.

I'm making these wise cracks just because the one time I laned against him, I won lane and the game.

I have won games vs Singed.

But it is rarely fun, and it is usually much harder than it has any right to be. For a single champion he just warps the entire way everyone has to play. And while that alone isn't too bad, the fact that he is so tanky is =\ even if he is squisher now he still takes a while to kill.

ranting aside, all a singed will do is run at you in an attempt to attract attention. once you start following him, his poison trail is what gets you because you wont realize how much you've taken until he RKO's you then runs the other way, especially if he built item 3151 . the most he can do in a teamfight is close off escape routes, because all he has is his fling, that sticky shit, and his ult is just a buff for everything hes trying to do
