Soraka was actually a lot healthier before her rework

I'm probably going to get a lot of hate for this, but the current Soraka is so much worse than before her rework. Before, she was manageable, and now she's just cancer to deal with. In her current state, she can heal AND has hard cc (something she didn't have access to before her rework). Yea, the silence was annoying before, but it wasn't so bad that you couldn't move. Now she's able to root, slow, and silence you. But Soraka is supposed to be a healer! She shouldn't have amazing cc. Besides, we have plenty of other supports that already do that. If the silence on her old 'e' (or 'w', I can't remember) was really that bad, why not just get rid of it on enemy cast? Being able to restore mana is still really nice, and it was something else that made her unique.

Anyways, I don't think they should scrap her new kit completely. I think her new 'w' and her ult are healthy, but they should bring back her other abilties (her non healing abilities).
