Want to know why all this mess hapenned ?

You have people being in charge of creating new content and new concept and ideas.

After that you have someone which is like the boss of those guys he is like filter and firewall against bad or unwise ideas.

When Ryan Scott Morello was this person. He would say to his guys you better change this because i won't allow to release it.

This man had the balls to say to his crew : what you are doing is shit change your mind.

Since he left it's the zoo at riot's every crazy idea or concept is accepted without any filter or firewall.

Like it or not irelias rework or even zoe's kit would never have been accepted by him. He would say to his guys you better change it.

Like it or not riot actually need someone to take the bull by the horns and saying no to crazy concepts and items this without having being tested a lot.

Letting too much freedom for the devs and designers is the worst think you can do. Because they are humans and as humans they think their ideas are the best even if it isnt the case.
