Riot, ekko not ruined yet, you have to nerf more like you did you udyr

The nerfs didn't stop when udyr went from 56% to 53% winrate. You if you were being fair and balanced to Udyr, then Ekko logically needs more nerfs. He needs poor scaling and poor base dmg so that only niche master-level players can be successful with him.
