While Lux is annoying and oppressive in lane, in teamfights 0-100ing a team as Lux is very rare. Her damage is very much avoidable/negate-able. Also, from a screen away she's likely isolated from the rest of her team and very easily singled out by an assassin.

Zed is a problematic case, Yasuo relies on his team to give him knock ups or land a knock up himself. Even if he succeeds, he's exposed in the middle of your team. Akali is garbage tier, but she's always been an extreme case of pubstomp.
