Reminder that Riot needs to remove stopwatch sell gold not make it's upgrade cost more

If Riot wants to see less stopwatches making it contribute 50 gold less to an upgrade item is completely pointless, and is actually the opposite of what Riot should be promoting since those players are using stopwatch as intended.

The majority of stopwatch users never upgrade the item at all and abuse the 1 time use and 120 sell gold. Don't punish people for taking stopwatch for the reasons that it was intended for, punish people for treating it as a 1 time stasis and free 120 gold.

I agree with this: I think the problem with Stopwatch is that it's intended to be this very strategic decision where you sacrifice long-term options in exchange for an immediate power-up, but in its current state it actually provies a long term benefit in addition to its short-term bonus, due to its integration into item recipes. Perhaps adjustments could be made for the Stopwatch sold in the item shop, but Perfect Timing's Replica Stopwatch should not in any way factor into later itemization. You get the rune because you want a Zhonya's early, not to advance yourself by whichever amount of gold in your build, and so having the Replica Stopwatch consume itself entirely upon use should be perfectly fine, particularly since it's being nerfed to contribute increasingly less to future builds. There's a reason why so many players go for Perfect Timing and Magical Footwear at the same time, and I feel the way both exist to basically just give the player free gold isn't really the most interesting thing that can be done with their niches.

just make it useable at the 10 minute mark and have no resale value, and that'll at least help a bit. maybe make the time spent invincible less as well, or make it a .5 sec cast time that can't be interrupted.
