I think this rework is going to be THE succes of the update. Kept every thing i liked about the champ (passive, blobs, e) and fixed the problems i had with him (not much to do after/exept jumping in, ult being pretty mhe in effect). Really good job rito !!!

flyingbaklava5 votesThe issue with the new ultimate is consistency. Zac already has serious issues with consistency because his signature ability is a skillshot that takes over a second at max rank to land, giving enemies plenty of time to dodge/interrupt it. At least now you know that if you land your elastic slingshot, you can pop your ultimate and get a lot done. With the new ultimate, that isn't the case. Either you don't channel it and get one sad bounce, or you channel it and anyone with flash/mobility gets out. Your reward for landing a good elastic slingshot followed with an ultimate is less damage (raw numbers + less W's due to less blobs you can pick up), less healing (1 blob instead of 4 + extra W's from extra blobs generated) and less chance for your ultimate to hit multiple people. All this and Riot decided to nerf his elastic slingshot? To say Zac is getting gutted is an understatement. If Riot actually cared about the Zac community, they would leave Zac alone other then to update his Q. The Q update is the one thing this update has right so far.
PeepingPeafowl2 votesZac's new ultimate also fails in the character department, Zac is a fun guy that jumps around saying "Wooo!" and is all wobby and jello like. It totally fits his character to have an ultimate where he just jumps around causing a disturbance to the enemy team. You jump in and then speed boost jump some more knocking everyone around, its perfect.
Whats the new one? Oh, you jump in, STOP MOVING, laugh sinisterly and pull people away from their team, what? Wheres the sense of movement and sillyness? Its so terrible, even outside of the poor numbers.
And on a bit of a side note, when are you putting out that new tank item review vid? :p

And I will do a tank item review when I get a chance to try it out first hand, so soon hopefully. Looking forward to the stone plate and updates to banshee's veil.
