No jungle tank will be good until Gragas' utility is nerfed or his role is actually defined

Gragas can straight up do too much. He does a lot of damage with just a runic echoes, he heals a lot with his passive, has multiple forms of CC, has an ultimate that can separate a team in two with the distance of a whole screen, projectile poke, detonateable Q which can zone for multiple seconds.

This isn't even a QQ thread, I play a lot of Gragas myself. He's a lot of fun and it's funny as hell flash belly bopping kids. It's just that there's really no point ever in playing any other tank when Gragas is a thing. Why should I ever play Zac if I can play Gragas?

His role needs to be defined, because he occupies the loathed role of "generalist" right now. He also is the only tank other than Rek'Sai who gets played in competitive play as well.
