@Riot, Let's talk about Mage junglers.

So during the latest Patch, I asked about the state of Karthus as a jungler, and a Red responded that pretty much all mage junglers not named Elise are weak right now. That got me thinking, what can be done to fix this?

My thoughts were to create a new Mage JG item since Runic Echoes is more suited to burst mage junglers anyway (hence why elise is probably doing decently). Perhaps have it build with either Catalyst and have it similar to RoA, or maybe even recreate Pox Arcana (old Black Market Brawlers item) as a jungle item?

I dunno, just a suggestion :P
