The Downvote spammer has gotten "smarter"

It is a bot not a spammer. Unfortunately, Riot has not found a way to track the IP down and perma ban it (like they should). However, they are aware of the issue and I hope they will be fixing it alongside the numerous other problems the updated boards hs (one of which was aparently a tiny window, for bots to return)

Why not remove voting altogether. Easy fix.

Edit. 10 min later. Still floating at +1. Check again for 30 min. Edit. 1 hour. Still good. Edit. 2 hours. Looks like the botter is not around. heading to work. at +2 6-4 Some one else keep tabs on it? Edit. End of the day. 9-10. Back to neg 1. Will try and see if theres trends in the bot tommrow. Lets Start Tracking up votes and downvotes in our comments to help determine human vs bot impact?
