It's fucking stupid in ARAM scenarios.

This guy can get 100 stacks by like 6 minutes. 8% damage nerf doesnt mean shit and the tank nerf doesn't target most of his builds anyways since he doesnt usually build a ton of tank.

Sona having a more ludicrous ARAM nerf over this little asshole makes no sense.
