Azir (Noob Alert)

I've only owned Azir for 12 hours mainly playing twisted treeline but damn he could use a buff. But im playing ranked with him hes pretty fun if he gets fed his w poops on towers. Am i bad or can Azir get a small buff.

Any pointers for playing Azir?
