Not moving as a group during late game is devastating

You can be 10 kills ahead 20 minutes into the game but may very well lose the game if your team fails to group after 30. I almost had a win turn into a throw because Yi wanted to solo baron while Mordekaiser went to solo top and blitz went bottom. I ended up taking baron with Yi and Xayah and screamed to my team that we shouldn't engage a 3 vs 5 with only 3 remaining members. Luckily, they listened as we played the rest of the game out and eventually managed to win.
