@Riot: An Odd Request: Lock My Honor Level Pls?

I've currently got level 4 honor, which has the purple icon. I also main Shaco, and love the Royal Shaco skin in particular. I also have Shaco at Lvl6 Mastery, because the icon is purple, even tho I could upgrade to the Lvl7 Mastery at any time. Purple is the color of royalty, and I would like to keep the theme consistent, please. :3
