I was starting to respond with how to counter play each of them... but realized you probably don't want to hear how to counter them, but rather want them nerf'd... when realistically ADC's as a whole are in a really good place in my opinion (Unless you count Urgot and Quinn as ADC's, which I don't as they do better in other lanes).
I'd have to disagree. Kalista is like Lee Sin in that if you're decent, you're shit. Only good when mastered. AD Ezreal is literal shit, Blue Ez is a bit of an improvement but I wouldn't call it overpowered. I can agree with the other two.
My solution would be an item for mages that gives them 30% cdr, 100 ap, mana regen, and a 20% spell damage multiplier. But it will be balanced because they only get the full CDR after building death cap.
