I sure am glad we preemptively nerfed shyvanna instead of vlad or ezreal

I mean it's not like vladimir was an extremely strong champion with a riot admitted toxic kit who is getting even better itemization.

Or that it's been shown multiple times that ezreal will abuse the ever loving shit out of any items that have on hit effects. With iceborn gauntlet getting nerfed numerous times thanks to blue ezreal or spirit of the elder lizard (another jungle mind you) getting nerfed because of his poke in season 3.

But no let's nerf top lane shyvanna because the new devourer might be a tad too strong on JUNGLE! shyvanna.

I mean I don't even play shyvanna but I am annoyed at the asinine decision to nerf shyvanna of all champions when all logic would suggest that other champions deserved preemptive nerfs more.,
