Can we have an option to mute pings yet?

I'm tired of my anxiety flaring up every time someone PINGPINGPINGPINGPINGPINGPINGPINGPINGPINGPINGPING because they can't control their own temper.

Can we have an option to mute someone's pings?

Some people only want to communicate negativity. I don't wanna play a game where my team is ping spamming me because they wanna tell me how to play my champion.

Pings are not negative... they are making suggestions, which if you choose to completely ignore makes your a bad teammate.

2 days ago I pinged Talon missing. Poppy didn't see my ping and she died to him. She then proceeded to drop 8 missing pings right on my face.

I guess I'm the bad teammate.

I find games where someone abuses ping to be very rare.

Unless we are talking about Internet providers.

Riot should add in

-Each and every Q zed land's he gains 25 energy (If lands 2 or 3 gains 50-75 energy back) -Double his passive penetration damage -Lower his CD 100/70/50 seconds long

There, now everyone that spent years of trying to master Zed can finally do good with him now

i think a general option to mute all ping would be a horrible idea...

but i would really like the ability to mute a certain players pings

or maybe it it to the "mute player" feature

i agree this issue donest happen often.. but every 20 games or so when it does i pretty much just end up unplugging my speakers from my computer until the match is over. i would really like it if i could just mute that one player's pings who is being obnoxious with it.
