Riot need to buff ether the big magic penetration runes or the blue ones!!

Atm you can have 95 flat magic penetration with runes and items (Magic penetration runes (Red-Blue-Big ones) (Items-- )

So all that combined together they provide 95 flat magic penetration!! i really hate that for real...i hate the 95 and not 100 number!! My solution here is ether buff the big or the blue runes that provide magic penetration

OR new set up of runes that provide magic penetration the yellow ones (ATM we dont have yellow runes that provide magic penetration) The yellow they would give 5 magic penetration (9 YELLOW=5 MAGIC PENETRATION)

Max you can get with ArP is 59 and that's Ghostblade, Brutalizer, 19 from runes, and 10 from Warrior Enchant. Requires Smite though, which is near useless. There's Cleaver at least to reduce armor, but there's also a lot less MR in the game. Max MR you can get really get without being Galio and being capable of still putting out damage or being tanky is around 150ish, but that's with 3 items. Abyssal, Banshee's, and Spirit Visage. Visage doesn't scale well with a lot of champs and Abyssal isn't Abysmal for anyone who's not a magic damage champ.

With that sad, if you run the 20 MPen in your runes and get the Guise and MPen boots, you got 50 by itself and most champions you target as a MPen building mage is the ranged carries who only have 30 base Magic Resist who have maybe 12-30ish MR bonus throughout the game, which means you're doing true damage already. Add in Abyssal and you're overkilling it. lol.

i get your point but i just dont like the 95 flat magic penetration i just want the number to become 100!!

and if riot put yellow magic penetration then i dont think it would brake the game because i dont think that many people would buy this runes
