Can Poachers Knife do something more useful

Poacher's problem is that Rangers and Skirmishers are both better for counter-jungling while having applications elsewhere.

Just make Poacher's bonus work on both sides of the jungle. That would make it the go-to 'ima farm jungle gold' item.

Sustain item, farm item, gank item, dueling item. See? Not so hard.

Poacher's knife bonuses are not bad as an idea of encouraging counter-jungling but the item is greatly outclassed by the other variations. Some champions also have a kit designed for counter jungle (Xin Zhao for example) and they do not need this item to get the job done. You are better of with Chilling or Challenging smite which help with ganking too. So yeah poacher's either needs a buff or a delete, because right now it is like a troll item that exists for no reason...
