Does anyone else feel that Blitzcrank is overpowered? I feel that his pull needs to be shorter. Blitzcrank's pull is to long in my opinion. He also has that ultimate that is basically spammable and stuns . . . and does whatever else. I mean I do not think he should be entirely nerfed but I think the main problem is his pull. Thresh's pull bugs out a lot yet Blitzcrank's works fine and seems to have a longer range.
GG Beers3 votesHell no. Compared to all the other supports blitz brings very little to the table. Yes his grab is good, against good players it's not that good. They've nerfed the CD and mana on his grab about as much as they can. Thresh is leaps and bounds a better support than blitz.
Lumus Avatar3 votesBlitz' pull range is 925 units, while Thresh's is 1100 units. The difference is the effect - Blitz instantly pulls the champs all the way back to himself, and actually it's not instant.
Blitz' ult does not stun - it silences for 0.5sec and he also loses the ult's passive (random static discharge) while it's on CD.
The scariest part of blitz is the grab-knockup combo. But that is countered by dodging or keeping minions between you and blitz. If you bait out his grab and dodge it at level 1, it's down for 20 seconds. At 5 ranks, with max CDR, Blitz can grab every 9.6 seconds. So after a successful dodge, count off 8 seconds, then start dodging again.
