Varus needs a rework (hear me out)

His playstyle is just as confusing as his identity atm, this is coming from a guy who mains him.

• For a long while he was this poking/caster AD champion with lethality and etc, well that was until lethality was nerfed, as well as his Q damage, oh and his Q cooldown that was increased to 20 seconds at level 1 so that play style died.

• Riot has tried to move him more from a poker to an actual ADC, which kinda died as well since most other ADC champions can burst him down and he's just kinda there providing more utility than actual damage that he should as a marksman.

• Then a lot of players lately started building attack speed on-hit items for him which I don't get why, since he doesn't benefit from attack speed as much as , the only thing that benefits is how quickly he can apply the blight stacks but it's pointless because even if he could pop all the blight stacks with all his abilities he would still die regardless because his W damage isn't reliable truth to be told.

His whole kit is just messy, the fact that his passive gives him attack speed and he needs to attack enemies 3 times and use abilities to proc blight stacks probobly suggesting (attack speed build), but his Q suggests otherwise and it's the ability that pro's max last now anyways, his E is just kinda there just a basic ability that slows all targets who walk in the area.

His Q needs to remain if he was to get a rework because that's what makes him Varus, I think emphasising the whole blight theme needs to be changed and how it would work. His E needs to be replaced to be something more interesting, his ult is okay I guess but new visuals would be a nice addition.

The overall reason why I think Varus needs a rework is because he doesn't even fulfill his theme, of being this badass corrupted archer or even making it feel that he's this powerful, fearful Darkin that killed all those noxus inavadors (based upon his lore).

It sucks because I see so much potential in this champ, and he just gets easily beaten by any other ADC right now...
