With the best support in the game to correct ADC mistakes 
I think i will just call Top and go Mid zed if the opportunity arises, i am not enjoying bottom lane anymore, its rising my salt levels dangerously
At our current ranks, Thresh is no where near the best support. I will agree that going top or mid are probably the best roles to carry from if you understand the map. I quit playing support due to no one ever defending turrets, clearing waves, or pushing down turrets when there is a 100% chance to take it.
I would jungle but I can never rely on my lanes to stay alive for more than 2 minutes in, without the aid of the enemy jungler. If I solo lane I will know that at least one lane will be ok.
