Please nerf Fizz
He has no counterplay, cuz troll pole. And his burst is pretty ridiculous. And his passive pretty much guarantees he always survives after jumping in on someone. Please nerf this bullsh*t champ. Thanks.

- fizz hasn't ever really been nerfed. riot tried a mini-rework, but that failed so they reverted the rework
- riot has ignored all nerf fizz threads
