I'm by no means a Lee Sin main, but Katarina and Jax do the EXACT same thing. Just place a ward and jump/shunpo to it (there are probably a few other champs that do this, but these 2 came to mind immediately). They can also go to an ally if no wards are nearby. If you're going to whine about mobility, whine about EVERYONE who has it, not just one champ.

They don't get everything from the very start of the game.

He is pretty much the entire game in one champ, that's where the problem is.
