Again, seems like Riot listen to us. They reduced Nocturne's unspeakable horror fear duration from 2.5 to 2.25.
We knew 2.5 sec up from 2 sec was too much.

I know how Riot does that. they give a big buff to a champion and than they nerf him to the ground :D

And nope, seriously now, Nocturne is a sleeper, he doesn't need a single buff.
