Shit like this rat is what's going to kill game playability. No one likes playing melee into this guy. He has an insane auto range for how hilariously mobile he is and how EASY it is for him to get his stun off.

Doesn't even matter if his win rate isn't that great, there is nothing fucking enjoyable about laning against this asshole.

Vlad has a lower effective range. Only his Q is decent range. his autos arent 550 and he certainly isn't as mobile. his damage isn't anywhere near as high and he has zero access to hard cc.
