I read the original wrong sorry about that, like Nyaboron says, its random, your cousin likely got lucky or was premade with someone who got an S rank.

Well it's the chests that are given when someone gets an S rank in your party, the keys are given out if you win any matchmade game and randomly. Have you gotten any chests so far?

That's weird since there is literally nothing in the notes for the Hextech Crafting that says you need to own the champion, you may just be unlucky like me lol.

If you like mid lane try Veigar Veigar. He can be extremely powerful late game and can literally get infinite ap. In other words he can 1 shot lol. (sorry for being off topic i was researching how likely you are to get a fragment since i haven't got 1 in 4-5 days)
