LifeSteal on ADC is so broken
Fed Reksai 18/8 attacks a Twitch 1v1 and gets him to under 20% and Ults him.
Twitch takes the ult and wins because during the animation he healed over 50% of his max HPs

Oh, so people are fine with ADCs melting tanks solo in the late game. So why are people complaining about ADC buffs then? Oh I know, they want Twitch to melt tanks in the early game also. They want ADC champions to stand there right clicking with no counterplay.
