If Nidalee isn't allowed to have good poke then why is Jayce allowed to have it?

Yes Nidalee and Jayce are very comparable. They have a form where they poke you, and then they get mobility and all in you with their other form. Anyways, remember when Nidalee's javelins used to chunk you for like half your hp? Jayce has been doing the same thing for years and no one bats an eye. And his poke travels much faster, has a larger hitbox and hits multiple people. This is of course in addition his insanely strong all ins and scaling he gets. I guess what I don't understand is why Nidalee continues to be left as this trash tier champ and Jayce just gets a free pass. Literally everything Nidalee does Jayce can do better. Better poke, better all ins, and better mobility.
