Yeah, Riot overestimates the power of its active, especially when it loses all its uses later in the game after all the towers die.

Its entire problem is that it's usually a win-more item. You don't ever need it while defending, only tanks really build it, and those same tanks can usually just tank the turret for their team and take it.

Agreed. No defensive utility, only useful for split pushers in the early/mid game when towers take time. Very specific item for a specific role and time that's usually unavailable. They need to remove it altogether and substitute a new item that effects turrets in some way. Perhaps an active that boosts percent damage to turrets with similar stats, idk. Buffing a nearly never chosen item isn't the answer.

I don't mind them removing it. The item Has been with us for 3 seasons and have still yet to make any use of it. They should at least give it a better passive that can scale late game instead of a movement speed bonus when approaching enemy turret which becomes near useless as the match progresses since it doesn't work on enemy turrets. Give it an aura or something. ANYTHING PLEASE.
