The rotating game mode que is going to give champion mastery right out of the box. Obviously Summoner's Rift does. All game modes will provide key fragments now, so why is it still designated as the oddone out? ARAM has such a dedicated community and never gets touched or any balance changes whatsoever. Why in the world can you not get champion mastery just because your champion was picked randomly?
I think they talked about this in the past, and may possibly add this in the future. Unsure, but I'd like it too.
Supposedly Champ Mastery for TT and ARAM are going to be considered after the Rotating Game Mode queue is done. Not sure if that means they're working on it now, since Rotating queue is being released; working on it later after everything in Rotating queue has Mastery; or not working on it at all anymore because they changed their minds.
Oceania has it for their ARAM which means we might be getting it soon. Who knows.
