Can % Damage Reduction please be exclusive to champion kits?

I'm cool with duellist itemization, but at least be creative about it. % Damage Reduction is just lazy implementation of a pretty cool concept.

You're kidding, right? These sort of items are the crux of some of the most broken shit we've had to put up with this season. Tank Yasuo for starters. Nidalee Elise Graves Quinn Kindred Jungle. Tank Yi.

There is so much potential for interactive duellist items.

yasuo would be doing the exact same thing he does now whether or not item 3046 has it's damage reduction removed or not since he does not need it he gets it for the easy +60% crit chance the item would give him making that and item 3031 edge make him reach 100% crit chance with those two items alone! . Also item 3715 is the least of your worries when facing against those champions and since when was jungle Quinn a thing?

Quinn jungle is actually ok, shes got some decent/slightly above average ganking tools, and the ability to kite jg camps somewhat

it's overshadowed by graves and kindred, but its definitely a thing.

but imo she has better ganking tools than both graves and kindred combined, they just have better clears respectively.

oh now you cry about the real problems tho most of what you have mentioned here has been fixed. btw i don't kid when it's about someone crying. potential?! riot should at this point be fixing every problem about their game instead of adding new problems to the pile
