Why does kai'sa have Vayne RQ on her normal E and it also grants attack speed? Why does sejuani have gragas E on her Q but it goes through minions? Why does fizz have jax Q on his Q but it damages all targets and applies onhit? Champions are different that is why. They have "a million" other parameters than the one you are inspecting

10 wtf have you played braum its 10 at rank fucking 1 its goes up to 26 and its goes up by how much mr and amor braum has too and rakan goes from 40 to 140 with 80% ap and he is not build a lot of ap so yes braums the armor and magic resist is better in most cases.

when did I say it was busted I said it was better then rakan's shield I never said it was busted and you act like its not a lot too but it is since 26 is about 20 or something reduced damage and most champions have about 26 armor too so its about 40% reduced damage for 3s and that's without the scales. So tell how is rakan's shield better?
