At the very least can minions not be able to drop teleport for Zoe?
In most of the horror stories I've heard about Zoe's W, getting teleport from a minion is a pretty common factor. A lucky teleport almost always feels like bullshit, and it's way too much of a game-changing spell to just luck into.
