117 cs is very low for a 20 minute game.
Its URF. Who cares about CS?
The grading system does.

Your CS isn't S grade material. S means you did better than a percentage of players that play lux.
Would you rather have a dude thats 0/0 with 500 cs or me on your squad?

The 500 cs guy, he has more gold than that 24 kills. A kill is worth about 18 cs usually, sometimes less if the corpses have a gold penalty on them.
Edit: Also, this is why cs is so important to a grade.

Big depends, actually, if they killed my laner 20 times I'd rather have them, because I would have a huge gold advantage over my laner.
If they just solo-killed their own laner twenty times why do I give a shit. My laner could still stomp me.
The guy with 500 CS at 20mins lol but ya S grade you have to do better than %95 I think of Lux players in all aspects, damage, CS, objectives, etc..
Whether you like it or not, CS plays an important part of the grading system.
Then again, it's URF. It's not like you're getting a M6 or M7 token out of it anyway.
Really? Downvotes?
Next game my team gets an ace Ill go farm the jungle because meaningless cs is more important apparently.
Trying to get a S on URF is idiotic. The algorithm will penalize you so much because of how snowball those games are with certain champs like Lux who are completely broken.
I'm amazed that people still care about completely meaningless ratings.
Never said I cared. Just wondering htf thats not S+
