How does Demacian justice interact with the second HP bar? Does it deal %missing HP of both bars or does it prioritize one HP bar over the other?
IOW, is Demacian justice a piece of shit against Kled or does it take into account both bars as if they were one?

good, i was actually wondering that myself.
would also like to know if anything is planned for garen and nasus. they took a dip after the mage update. almost every one of their core items got nerfed in some way over the course of the season, which hit their 6 item effectiveness.
they could use a buff to their lategame.
