Ive tried witts end on multiple champions and determined

That witts end is a terrible non gold efficient item. Blade of the ruined king is so much better. Also any mage who needs attack speed would build nashir tooth. The only time I built one and it was useful was on ashe facing an all ap team and even then it was almost completely useless. I think that it should deal a %health damage (like 5% or so) as magic damage and give a sheild blocking only magic damage for an equal amount, and Raise the gold price in order to make it an actually useful item
